Our clinical team is accepting inquiries for ongoing individual, relationship and family counseling. We also provide appointments with a Licensed Professional Counselor to receive a letter for gender-affirming care.

Please submit a brief request below to get started. Then, we’ll email you the link to complete our New Client Inquiry form, and invite you to schedule a free 30-minute screening phone call with a member of our caring Admissions team. It generally takes 7-10 business days from the time of your request to your first counseling session.

Queer Asterisk provides outpatient services and is not a crisis center. If you are in need of immediate support, please contact Colorado Crisis Services, Trans LifeLine or The Trevor Project.
